Welcome
I keep a small circle and an unhurried diary. Dinner where the sommelier knows the vintage before you ask; a weekend where the sea is the loudest thing; conversation that doesn't check its watch. Elegance, to me, is never having to announce itself.
Based in London, often on the Riviera in season — Monaco, Saint-Tropez, Cannes. Introductions are considered gladly; discretion is assumed on both sides.
Some evenings ask for a reservation.
